In Rare Cases We Cancel Its Costs 20% Deduction To Customer From The Total Order Value, Once Order Shipping We Don't Cancel Order Under Any Circumstances

We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery for any reason. However, for the missing product & damaged product, you have to
report us within 24 hours with unboxing video that shows the original condition of the product. With Video Submission we easily get the issue & proceed refund as soon as possible
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Shipping & COD charges are non refundable.
- We do not accept partial returns for the products sold during sales. If you have received a faulty item, we would be sending a replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return are approved, then your eligible amount will be credited to your store wallet balance with unlimited validity

Order Cancellation by T4 Jewels:
We prioritize fulfilling all customer orders. However, in certain exceptional cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order (including but not limited to stock unavailability, technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or unforeseen operational issues).
In case of cancellation by us, customers will receive a full refund.
Important: Customers agree that no additional compensation, penalty, or legal claim shall be pursued against T4 Jewels for any such cancellations.
International Order
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@t4jewels.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect.
- We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product. Refund Will Be Processed Within 72 Hours After Product Reached To Us
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 15 days . The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
